Positive Psychology Training

Positive Psychology Training meets the needs of:

  • Individuals who want to learn Positive Psychology skills, tools, and techniques.

    • ​Whether you're a teacher, CEO or parent, you will be able to use what you learn to immediately enhance relationships and productivity, increase engagement and reduce conflict.

This course consists of 12 modules:

  3. Positive Emotion
  4. Engagement
  5. Meaning & Purpose
  6. Positive Relationships
  7. Positive Change
  8. Resilience
  9. Gratitude & Forgivemess
  10. Motivation (Self-Determination)
  11. Appreciative Inquiry
  12. Pulling It All Together

The orientation of the course is applied Positive Psychology - how Positive Psychology is used in coaching, education, health care, organizations,or your particular context.

Class Format:

In this course participants will:

Work independently by

  • Watching a video on each topic
  • Completing a workbook accompanying each topic (except Introduction & "Happy" movie)

Work in community by

  • Attending a 2 hour class on each topic to discuss the material

Certificates of Completion:

Participants will receive 10 hours of ICF credit toward credential renewal in the area of Resource Development (the new category replacing the former categories of Personal Development, Business Development, or Other Skills).
