Practice Description
I am an experienced (and generally successful) entrepreneur that has started, grown, raised capital for, taken public, and sold a clinical software company over the past 21 years. I have been asked by numerous entrepreneurs, generally in the earlier stages of their company's lives, to "coach" them as they try to move down the same path. Consequently, I now have relationships that are expanding, each with the understanding that I will always be on the entrepreneur's side - we are joined at the hip. I have an enormous amount of "content knowledge", but recognize that I can greatly increase my value to my clients by having an ever-improving set of process skills at my disposal.
