Practice Description
I run a hospitality management consulting business providing executive leadership coaching, management/team training, and the development of sustainable (green) management programs. Primary client focus includes government agencies, military facilities, national parks, cultural institutions and corporations providing food, retail or recreation services to their visitors and staff.
I currently serves on the Advisory Board for James Madison University's School of Hospitality, Sport and Recreation Management and was former chairman of the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington. I have 30 years of hospitality management experience, 15 as the Vice President of Operations for a large, national hospitality company.
